  1. accuse (v.) 指責、控告 [əˈkjuːz]
    To say that someone did something wrong.

    Example:

  2. take over (phrasal verb) 接管、掌控 [teɪk ˈoʊ.vɚ]
    To get control of something.

B: Andy and Jia-Ning used to operate the YouTube channel Crowd Crowd together. After they broke up, Andy accused Jia-Ning’s family of taking over the channel.


A: But didn’t Andy start the channel?


B: Yes, but Jia-Ning’s mother, Mrs. Zhang, registered the CROWD trademark under her name. Andy also said that even though the channel made a lot of revenue, he only received a small salary and bonus over the last ten years.
