A: The president! But the design is very unusual.

B:  Is it legal? I heard there is a law about coins.

A: Yes, the law says you cannot put living people on coins. It causes a big debate.

B:  I also see a big flag in the background of the coin.



Short Article 

The United States plans to make a new coin for 2026. The president Trump is on the coin. Some people like the design because it shows a flag and Trump’s fist. But there is a law that says you cannot put living people on coins. This rule makes a lot of people debate online. Some think it is wrong, and some think it is okay. Coins are important for history and culture, so the government must decide carefully.

 

美國計劃在2026年鑄造一枚新硬幣。硬幣上有總統川普的肖像。有些人喜歡這個設計,因為它展示了一面旗幟和川普握緊的拳頭。但有一條法律規定,不能把活人的肖像放在硬幣上。這條規定引起了很多人在網上辯論。有些人認為這樣做不對,有些人則覺得可以。硬幣對歷史和文化非常重要,所以政府必須謹慎決定。
